My Motivation for creating this site

Some people may question my motivation in creating this site, well the answer is simple I am in pursuit of the truth, in truth I hold no ill will to the beckhams at all and have on two occasions contacted them with an offer of a solution with regard to the disputed property (the computer) asking only of them that I be reimbursed the £70 outlay I made initially when buying the computer from Hawkridge, the response was that they would take advice and contact me again, this did not happen. click here to see that e-mail

I was confused that they would not accept my offer but upon contemplation the reason became clear. Who were they taking advice from "Lawyers" I assume, If my offer was accepted what would the "lawyers" get? Nothing is the answer so in short David and Victoria were asking advice from the very people who would not make a bunch of money if my offer of a resolution was accepted. Mystery solved then. Again I contacted one of their representatives Simon Oliviera of footwork productions with an offer to settle this matter the response was silence click here to see a copy of that e-mail.

 

My motivation is to uncover the corrupt nature of the Investigation by SYP and some of its officers, I will re-iterate some, I am not saying the whole of the force is corrupt but there are elements involved in this case that are clearly covering up, for example and this is just one example, when considering whether we would have a case to take chase security and its employees to a civil court for making these false allegations we requested a copy of their statements made on the evening in question we were told that they could not be released because of data protection issues, I looked up the data protection act and found this.

Section 35 of the data protection act

Disclosures required by law or made in connection with legal proceedings etc.     35. - (1) Personal data are exempt from the non-disclosure provisions where the disclosure is required by or under any enactment, by any rule of law or by the order of a court.
 
      (2) Personal data are exempt from the non-disclosure provisions where the disclosure is necessary-
 
 
    (a) for the purpose of, or in connection with, any legal proceedings (including prospective legal proceedings), or
 
    (b) for the purpose of obtaining legal advice,

Question

Why do SYP to this day refuse to give us copies of the statements made by Hawkridge and Consterdine when the data protection act states clearly that this refusal is unlawful.

There are 2 possible answers

 1. they are trying to protect these two individuals

2. If we get these documents we will be able to prove in a civil court that SYP acted with haste and based on nonsensicle and flimsy evidence
