I have gotten hold of the statements made by hawridge and consterdine to the police on the night of my arrest the transcripts are here. Please bear in mind that on the strength of these statements the police came to my house in the middle of the night arrested me searched the house, woke my children and stood over me whilst I had a shit.
Fill in the blanks yourself, this stinks to high heaven, the officer who made this decision should be sacked.

Appealed to IPCC (independent police complaints commission)
IPCC upheld our appeal
Police told to investigate again and do it right by IPCC
Police report comes back again exactly the same before
Appeal again to IPCC

In the meantime
After pressure from us police agree to open investigation into hawkridge and
consterdine for conspiring to pervert the course of justice.
We have a meeting with 4 senior police officers trying to persuade them to show
us the statements these people made in order to assist this investigation.
The police refuse saying they have enough evidence so our help not needed.
I get a letter from SYP stating no charges brought against them as there was not
enough evidence.
HANG ON A MINUTE DIDN’T YOU SAY YOU HAD ENOUGH EVIDENCE SO OUR ASSISTANCE WAS
NOT NEEDED???
WHAT ARE WE PAYING THESE PEOPLE FOR???

When making our complaint against the police we asked if they could find any
link between these two characters and the police, they said they had looked and
found no link.
Well we know hawkridge is a former Police officer, and take a look at this
excerpt from Consterdines website….
“In the UK, Peter has acted as consultant and

HQ, numerous magistrates courts, other Government agencies and numerous
commercial organisations”.
